Cancellation Policy

Life happens, so if your plans change and you need to cancel your appointment then please give 24 hours notice for any amendments to your booking. Failure to do so may result in the full amount being charged to you as it's likely at such short notice I won't be able to fill your appointment slot. Any cancelled appointments will forfeit their non refundable deposit fee.
